Unable to login to control panel

Hi,

I haven't logged on to the system for quite sometime. Now I am trying to see my files hosted in X10hosting but unable to login. I changed my password also, but I can see only forums but not the account panel.

Can you please let me know the status of my account?

It seems like your account already been terminated due to inactivity. What was your cPanel username?
