unable to login to cpanel and webmail

Hello,
For the last couple of weeks, I've been unable to login to my cPanel and webmail(Login Attempt Failed!). Previously, I had tried changing my cPanel password, but even that didn't help. My Hosting Server is starka.

i did it again. same problem. i am able to access in forum with new password but not in cpanel.

Hello, i am going to escalate your ticket to an administrator.

*Note for admins*

The account appears to have the suspension page in place, changing password does not work for this account. I tried forcing suspension in WHM and it appears to suspend correctly, no error messages. But when you try to un-suspend the account it gives you an error the account isn't suspended. I'm thinking /etc/shadow file issue.
