Unable to login to cPanel

Hi,

My hosting account used to be on fris, and as such I can no longer press the login to cPanel button to access my hosting account. As such, I tried to login through http://mysite:2082, but when I enter the username and password of the hosting account, it rejects it. I tried to reset the password through the control panel but there is an error in updating the hosting account's password (Error Code: AE3E7FCC), and when I tried to use the reset on the cPanel login I end up with a blank page. Is there any way my password can be reset so I can log in to my hosting account?

If you still are unable to login, send me a PM with the password you'd like me to set (if PM fail you can send an e-mail to anna@x10hosting.com).

We're in the process of re-syncing the account panel, once that is completed resetting password through there should work again. During the process you may see a login error on account panel though.
