Unable To Login

Hello Sir,
First thank you for your wonderful services
For some 2 days I'm not able to login to my hosting account. Whenever I try to login I get this error message :
[h=1]Sorry for the inconvenience![/h] [h=3]The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.[/h] Seems like some problem that I cannot resolve.

Also, when I try to connect to MySQL databases from my account I get this error:

mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Too many connections.

Please do the needful as soon as possible. If anything has to be done on my part please let me know.

[Dead-i]

It appears all users on the server 'Chopin' are experiencing this problem when trying to access cPanel. This is out of your control and you will need to wait for an administrator to fix this problem - this is not related to your individual disk space because of course it is unmetered.

As a side-effect it also appears MySQL is offline.
