Unable to Login

I've had account with x10hosting for years now, I keep forgetting about logging into the account every 30 days but a gentle reminder from x10hosting has made sure that I do the same but this time when I tried to do the same I was shown following message:

You are signing in from India, and unfortunately we are unable to offer free web hosting service service to India at this time. Please check back with us in the future as we are working to expand our supported countries.

I never got mail about any change in policy and now I'm stuck with 30 days old data backup, at least x10hosting should have allowed me to take the latest backup before kicking me out of the system.

Well I've not been using proxies to login earlier so I'm not sure why suddenly now x10hosting is barring me when it has allowed me in the past for so long.
