Unable to open control panel - get "Internal error. Please refresh the page and try again."

Tonight (Aug 10, 2024; 9pm Pacific Time), I've been unable to open the control panel for my account.
A few times, logging into my account on x10hosting.com failed. One time I tried to login, cloudflare was not able to connect to x10hosting.com, another time a "500 - Internal Server Error" was displayed.

When I was able to login to my account, when I click on the green "Hosting Control Panel" button, I always got the following message:
"Internal error. Please refresh the page and try again."

A screen snapshot of the error message is attached.

The control panel for my account used to work fine. I think there is a recent problem with x10hosting.com.

I do not see any issues currently. Can you re-attempt and let me know if this is still happening? The access may have been due to a brief downtime for upgrades or maintenance

It's working now and was working this morning when I tried it. So, the problem seems to have been fixed.

Now I'm getting the same errror again. I'm seeing the problem on Aug 27, 2025 at 9:30pm Pacific Time. I've tried over the last 15 minutes and the problem is always occuring. The problem is that when I click on the green "Hosting Control Panel" button in the dashboard, I get an error message saying: "Internal error. Please refresh the page and try again.".

So, I'm unable to open the control panel. I need to be able to open it in order to update some files and run phpmyadmin.

Please try to fix this, or let me know what I can do for a work around.

I'm getting the same error again (Oct 22, 2025; 9:45 PM California time).

Here are some additional symptoms I noticed:
- When I first login, after I click on the login button there is a long delay. If I click the login button again during the delay, I get an error message saying the page has expired. If I don't click again during the long delay, then it displays a message: "Internal Server Error".
- After that, when I refresh, it shows the page to open the control panel.
- When I click on the link to open the control panel, I get the message "Internal server error. Please refresh the page and try again"

Hello technical support team,
I am having problems accessing my hosting account. When I log in to the panel, I get the following message:
"Internal error. Please refresh the page and try again."
When I try to access the control panel, I am redirected to this URL:

x10hosting - Log in​

x10hosting.com
On that page I get the following error:
"500 | Internal Server Error"
My username is: xamvvous @ X15.
Please help me resolve this problem as soon as possible, as I need to access my services.
