Resolved unable to open cPanel X11

I'm unable to open the cPanel and update my website, I can always login at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login, but when click the cPanel after login, I got the following page,

An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

It has been a while since I first observed this problem, please help!

It doesn't seem like you're being blocked. It appears that your IP address is would normally be blocked as it's not a country that x10 supports, but going back in your history it looks like it has been allowed for a long time. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies?

No access to web site and to CPanel ,DirectAdmin
I used Cloudflare for SSL but someone changed it to Let's Encrypt,US
without my knowledge. Cloudflare extends expired SSL certificates
automatically; Let's Encrypt,US not.

So,I have:

Cloudflare acts as an intermediary, so the end user does not see x10's SSL at all, only Cloudflare.

I'm correcting the SSL error with x11 right now.

When I click on Retry, I am taken right back to the sign in page.

I have some stuff I needed to access. How long until we get this fixed?

I'm not sure why the error hasn't been fixed by the admin team.

For the time being, you can log in directly at https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222 . You will have to ignore the security warning until this issue is resolved.

Doesnt work. Im probably going to start a new website elsewhere. Ive no time to be offline like this. Sorry.

just a thought,
each person should be starting their own topic to report an issue.
in case it is not the same issue as the original poster flaswfx1's issue.
there is at least 3 other people posting on this topic.

Your IP was blacklisted, usually this occurs with too many failed logins. I have removed the IP from blacklist.

I see that someone on your IP tried to login with an invalid username (DA does not take email address). To login directly to DA you should use the same username as you have here on the forums (also listed in SSO panel, it does not always match the forum one but often).

@abisacce and @cyberx16 :
As for not being able to get there through the SSO login page, I don't see any direct issue but the log is only going about a day back so any failed attempts prior would not be seen. A common cause of this issue is using VPN/Proxy, with those it is often the case that the SSO page will see one IP and the DA server another, when they don't match it means the login is halted.

If you removed the blacklist it didnt work.I am still unable to log into my account. I can still see my website, online but cant get to anything.
Did X10 change?

I think we're all having the same issue. Login is successful but partially.I cant get into my account at all. I cant get into the control panel or FTP. I have a website but this is impossible to get too when I keep getting pushed out.

Did you read the post apache-is-functioning-normally ?
Did you clear any temp files, cookies and caches on your computer after
support unblocked your ip ?
also to many failed login attempts can cause your ip to get blocked again.
and i think x10hosting might be a bit strict with failed login attempts,
in other words, it is very easy to get your ip blacklisted over and over again.

Yes I read apache-is-functioning-normally and I'm blacklisted again. What am I doing so wrong to be blocked out of the control panel? This is depressing. I've got a lot of work i did in there. X10hosting.com still up or is it moved, or what? I am very confused.
I'm a free x10 user, so I guess my website is now gone, from whatve read. I did sign in on a regular basis, and went directly to my cpanel, file manager to check on webpages , so I can't get why I'm having trouble now.

I've taken you off the blacklist again. To be honest, I'm not sure why this would be happening. DirectAdmin seems to say the only reason this happens is bad password attempts repeatedly on the login screen for port 2222. This wouldn't happen from a bad login to FTP or etc.

Your server, x11, had a security cert issue, so I think it's related. Maybe your browser is trying to do something to fix the security error? That issue is resolved, so please let us know if this persists and we'll have to dig in further.

Ive tried and tried so many times. I dont know whats stopping me from getting into my x10 account. I took screen shots again of what happens when I sign in and when I click on the Open Cpanel button. I get the sign in window ,then it goes to User name and domain and Standby for the "Open Cpanel" button. When the Open Cpanel button shows, I click on that to go ""usually"" to my Cpanel in my account and do whatever...but instead I get the "Sign in Successful, please standbywhile transfer you to your web hosting account. An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. RETRY<<I hit RETRY and it takes me right back to the first page..sign in window. Before it was constantly taking me to a window saying I was blacklisted. Very odd thing is the address in the search bar changes from https://x10hosting.com/sso/main to https://x10hosting.com/sso/main/main Im going around in circles. Help. I will be back tomorrow as its late here in Canada. Thanks for helping. Jojo
