unable to redirect to control panel..

For last few days, I can not load the control panel.. It is login with credential and after that the following message is appearing...

"Sign in complete! Redirecting to the control panel..
The connection has timed out
The server at vox.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond".

Any update regarding this issue ?

I'm on the VOX server and I guess it's a problem with either your account, internet or your browser. So try another browser first. Then clear your cache and flush your dns. If any of them don't work then either wait for another person to reply or make a support ticket.

Hi Urasab, Thx, for reply. I tried both earlier you mentioned but no luck.. I m suspecting some port block happened in my network, I need to find out ..anyway thanks

Hello netbusy52,

I'm able to access the Vox control panel fine. Therefore, please ensure that there are no firewalls, proxies or routers that could be blocking Port 2083. Many workplaces and schools do this.
