Unable to see cPanel

I have signed up with x10Hosting since last week but still having problem accessing my cPanel. I have several email exchange with Support but my account still not working properly.

I always got stuck at the "Link Account" page when login in hosting account and unable to get to cPanel.

Please help.

Hello, when you get stuck on the link account page, are you entering the username correctly?

What username are you trying to enter? Have you tried entering your other username if they are different?

I had issues in setting up my account last week so I fowarded the following information to Support. Not sure if they have resolved my issues yet.

Forum Username: istructe

Hoasting Username: istructe
Domain:istructe.x10hosting.com
Email Address:istructe@hotmail.com
Package:No ad

It would be great if you could check it out for me.
