Unable to sign up for hosting account

I have just created a new account and I get this error when I try to goto "Hosting" in my account panel-

error codeC0D0B733
An error occurred as your hosting account signup was executed. The error is shown below:

The password supplied must be between 1 and 16 characters in length.

I've changed my password so it falls between 1 and 16 characters, still I see this error, even after resubmitting the action. What might be wrong?

Is your forum password larger than 16 characters? It may apply for both forum and hosting account.

My password for the both forum and hosting account are the same...:frown:

This will update your password for every account you have with x10Hosting. Passwords for your client account, cPanel, and our forums will all be updated by this.

Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on ().Pls visit our forums...

It needs to be under 16 characters.
