I am unable to login to my account after password reset as instructed for the existing x10 users to adapt to the new x10hosting site.

After trying to login the url shows:
login?errors=Error code E22B1702E0256DBC2. Please go to the support forum for assistance

That would be due to you being in a country that is currently blocked, since you have been with us a long time I have allowed your account through manually so you should now bypass that check.
