Unable to switch back to x3 theme

I am stuck with basic cpanel scheme. Does anyone know how to switch back to the x3 theme? (the switch theme button simply logs me out without taking effect).

Seeing in a quite dated thread that an Admin would have to do it?

The account you post from is not linked with any hosting, so we have no way to know which account need the changes made.

could you please provide infrmation about what account you need this for, preferably by posting back from the linked forum account, domain would work as long as it is one provided by us.

Apologies. I had some issues with login-in to the forum using the email linked to my domain...

My top level domain address is cenci.x10.mx

Yeah, I can see why you would have that, there is apparently no forum user associated with your hosting.

Your server is one of the ones I do not have direct access to so I had to reach out to another member to sort it out, but you should now be back on x3 theme

Sorry for the late reply. I can confirm that I am back on X3 now. I have also found the switch for PHP versions. You help was deeply appreciated!!
