Unable to unsuspend hosting

Good afternoon,

My hosting for the account dailycit/ dailycity has been suspended, because I did not log in on the forum enough often. I have had difficulties to connect properly these last months, causing these suspension issues.

Today I want to go on with my hosting with x10 hosting; yet when I try to unsuspend the hosting, the following error code is displayed: 74E653E5

I do not know how to fix this issue.

Do you think you can provide my assistant to resume my activities with my website?

Hello,

I have started the restore for your account, it should be available in a couple hours. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations.

I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order in 24 hours.
