Unable to upload files

when i try to upload a file i get the message: [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive] with the following inside:

ps: this makes it impossible to create an ftp account so i cant connect (it doesnt list the ftp accounts but it seems they are there how ever it doesen't accept the password none the less)

You don't need to create an ftp account to use ftp, just use your cPanel username and password, and your domain as host

i got no other choice than to BUMB this since it hasnt been resolved, the upload limit is at -4,99mb and no matter what i do i cant upload files

You'l need to wait for an administrator to re-create your account I think.

i dont like doing this but since im being ignored i got no other choice but to BUMB again, i've had this problem for 2days now (soon 3) i want help...

and none staff members please refrain from replying since i know i can get a proper answer from the staff.
