Hello,

I've uploaded a new file, an image, on mywebsite. But, when i try to access this image thru my browser, i have a 404 error.
I had no difficulty with my website since the migration, but investigating with the possible reasons of this error, i guess DNS in Cloudflare still pointing to x03 server, while i'm now on x12.
Any member of staff could confirm and suggest a solution, please ? Must i change DNS IP ? By what ?
Thanx.

Hello again,

Fun fact : i've uploaded new files, this time not directly thru DirectAdmin or FTP, but thru the administration page from my website. And... It works.
But, the new files don't appear in DirectAdmin.
This seems to confirm my intuition. My domain still pointing to x03 server while it's supposed to have been migrated on X12.

Only domains that use our nameservers are automatically repointed to the new server, if you have your dns elsewhere (registrar or cloudflare for instance) you would need to do it from that end.

The IP is only changed by the last section, which will be the same as the server number.
