unexperianced developer in server maintance trouble :)

Hi!
For the last 3-4 days I have been reading about maintance of servers and so on... Maybe I didn't qute understand but most of the posts were about time to time site downs or cpanel downs... And all this time I can't accsess my account and site at all, I cant opet anything, not even login page...
And I have very important job to do these days and I need working server.... Im on cossacs and in server status its red all the way...
Please tell me what to do, should I open support ticket?

Yes, you should open a support ticket.

Please provide your cPanel name and remember to put in that cossacks was your server prior to the move as well, to help us track down what has happened
