Hi Forum,
I used to have a hosting account with x10, however, I had not been using it for a while, so my site was deleted. I want to make a new site under the same e-mail address, but I keep getting this error:

Unfortunately we were not able to find your hosting account.

Your account may have been:

Removed for inactivity; or
Suspended and removed for a Terms violation; or
Requested to be deleted.
The good news it that you may sign up again now.

I tried resetting my password, that didn't work. I tried signing up again, that didn't work. Is it possible for my e-mail address to be "fixed" and used again for another site?

What error message are you getting exactly when you choose the green Signup button on the page you mentioned?

The error message was in the post formatted as a quote (look above, LOL), but here it is again:
