I would like to request unlimited disk quota because it is impossible to blog my 48 days (a lot of pics ;D!!) round the world trip with the current limit.

I have compressed everything before I upload, and I have host most of my pics on external website / cloud drive, but still I hope I could get I little more than 500 MB.

The pics that I am gonna upload are minimal for describing the blog post or the other way around. I will be hosting most of the pics on my cloud drive.

I have a lot more posts to publish, but I hope I can fill in the pictures before that.

Thanks!

Hello,

Sounds like an awesome trip, which countries are you passing through?

Without checking your account, the rules are as follows:

  • You need to be using at least 50% of your disk space;
  • Your account needs to be in good standing (no current suspension);
  • You need to have a valid website that follows our Terms of Service; and,
  • Your account needs to be at least 7 days old.

I'd suggest you check out the x10Premium services at x10Premium.com. Hosting this way allows you to upload the images directly to your website without having to use up your cloud drive space, with the added bonus of being quicker to load the pages as well (there are far more users on each server for the free hosting services).

If you sign up for a 2 year minimum term, it is currently $4.95/month with a free domain name each year, free SSL certificate, and free dedicated IP address (for 3 years that becomes just $3.95/month). There are currently no limits on the storage space, bandwidth, databases, or the amount of websites that you can run from your account, and the service features a 99.9% uptime guarantee.

How large are these images in size (in compressed form as mentioned) in total? As far as I know, on free hosting, there's a 1GB limit for gallery images, regardless of the quota limit in place and the unmetred web storage.
