"unmetered" space question

i have a question
when do i get that "unmetered" space and bandwith?
or do i need to fill in a registration form?

I dont think you have to fill out a registration form, they said that theyll start upgrading the accounts to unlimited diskspace and bandwith.

There will be a catch. There always is one.

Basically, its not really unlimited it is unmetered which means they can make your disk space 1MB at any time or make it 1TB, it just depends.
