Unmetered Storage Please!!!!

I've been wanting unmetered storage for a week now with no response. I am not in a high risk country, I had my account longer than 7 days, I have used more than 50% of storage space (Which I was only given 512mb), I submitted a request for unmetered (Twice now). Please Someone Help, maybe....?
