Unmetered storage

On registration the chart shows after 7 days you can request for unmetered storage. How can this be changed for our forum - http://christchat.x10.mx/cchat/ This is a pilot if all works out we're considering upgrading the account. Can you assists me please?

Yes our account fits those qualifications. Thank you for your help in 'Hosting Account Space Upgrade'.

Hi Dan,

I took a look at your account and it seems that it was originally designated 512MB as opposed to the standard 1024MB we offer. I've now up'd your account to a 1024MB, which should suffice.

I should also note that the majority of your space is being taken by Softaculous backups, in /softaculous_backups/. If you need an upgrade to unmetered any time in the future, please make sure you delete these backups, as doing so will definitely free up a lot of space.

Thank you very much. I did delete my other back-ups. I used them while uploading mods before hand so not to crash the site. Again thank you.
