It looks like your dashboard account never was fully migrated, but don't worry the actual hosting part with the files etc is still intact.
In fact, it might have served you well that it wasn't fully migrated, the new system was activated September 3rd last year, which means your account would likely have been both suspended for inactivity and later been terminated if it had migrated properly. There is a requirement to log in at least once every 30 days.
