Unreceived Password Reset Email

Hello,
I haven´t use my ocount for a long time.
I am trying to reset my email or to click on I have forgotten my password, and I am not receiving the password reset email. I originally went to the discord for help, but was told asking on the forum would be better.

Please, Can you to properly reset the password?
Do you need any informacion to do it?

You would need to sign up for a new account by the looks, there's no hosting account on the server matching what the old user management system have for your forum account (it is in a read only state for cases like this).
The account was likely removed due to your lack of login between december 2019 and march 2020, and I don't see any login attempts after December 2020 at all (new system was put live in September 2021).
There has always been a requirement that you login at least once every 30 days to keep the account active.
