[Unsupported Language] Site Down

Hi,

In cpanel server status view everything is up but my sites downs for 3-5min for every 20 min. Is the problem is about me or your servers?

Edit:
I saw that my account is suspended about language. If you unsuspend my account i will solve that problem.
And if i publish 3 site. All sites must be at english? I mean no sites can be published turkish?

You are only allowed to have pages in English, Spanish and French. Breaking this rule leads to a permanent suspension, and your site will not be unsuspended
