Looks like your account actually has been removed from the server. Accounts that are left suspended for more then 14 days does get terminated periodically.
Normally the account information would also have been removed from the account panel. I can probably re-create the account down on the server based on the information in your account panel, but all data would be completely lost. Do you wish that I do so?
