Unsuspend request

Hi,

I thought I had purchased something that cost a couple dollars that was supposed to prevent my account from getting suspended for inactivity. Now x10hosting says my name doesn't exists.

I just saw that this was emailed to an old email address (I had updated my account to include another email address) and I guess the site was suspended? I cannot see any details when I try to follow those instructions. Can I get it unsuspended, please?

PS - Whatever was deleted was the only file of my website... I had actually had my computer stolen, so I no longer have the files used to create the site. I hope and pray that this can be restored.

what was the hosting user name?

Note that the payment only prevents inactivity suspensions, you could still be suspended for other reasons, all of which will lead to termination if you do not request unsuspension within 14 days.

You bought the inactivity timer on August 4th. The e-mail you are quoting appears to have been sent on June 13th, which means that your account could have been suspended when you bought that inactivity timer if you did not request an unsuspension at that time, buying the inactivity timer would not automatically have unsuspended the account.

Ps. I see nothing in that e-mail you quotes that indicates what the suspension reason was, how do you know that the suspension was for inactivity?

Also about in mid July we did some major maintenance where we migrated to new servers, this was done in such way that for any account that was suspended at that time the users needed to request their accounts to be activated. Any accounts that had not had a request by mid September (if I recall right) was then purged of the system.

This was all announced here at the forums at that time.
