Note that using automated on the fly translation services such as, but not limited to, Google translate will also be disallowed after December 1st, so you need to make your own translation of all content to be stored in your account.

I have just reviewed your website and noticed that you added a Google Translate widget to it instead of providing a manual translation. Please note that Google Translate and other on-the-spot automatic translation services will no longer be permitted after December 1, 2009. You may want to start manually translating your site now so you won't be suspended again on December 1.
