You had been unsuspended, but then you were re-suspended for violating the TOS by linking to illegal downloads and porn, neither of which we tolerate.

This would be a zero tolerance permanent suspension, and you can no longer get your account back. Don't blame me for this one either, it's not one I suspended.

I had a catalog of sites and any porno there wasn't!

No idea how you got unsuspended, but it allowed me to go back in and confirm that many of the sites in your "software" section are indeed warez sites. Here's the description you added for the one I ended up finding a minimum of 10 pages of blatant warez on:

"Come, watch, download! Only free soft.Ezhednevnoe update."

The problem is here's a list of what that site is currently trafficking within 2 pages illegally:

GetFLV Pro
OCster Backup Pro
RapidTyping Typing Tutor
Portable ABBYY Finereader Corporate Edition Multilanguage v10.0.102.109 by Birungueta; the giveaway here is the person/username it says its by is -not- ABBYY which is the actual company who -made- the software to begin with.

All that within 2 pages. You are responsible for all the content you're linking to, and in this case you pretty much linked to a site that does nothing but traffic warez. All this, and you failed to have your site in one of the 3 required languages.

Where you have found it I at all I do not know. Anything similar there wasn't.

I found it on your site under the "soft" section under "computer" after translating it to English via Google Translate. The site was linked to, and under the Warez section of our TOS linking to or providing how-to's for warez is a zero tolerance violation (linking to a warez site is the same).

Unsupported Language alone is a zero tolerance violation, although it's not one we commonly see. Combined with the suspension for Warez and possible porn (I didn't dig deep enough to look for that), it's not removable anymore.


Closing ticket since this is now resolved; we can't remove this suspension. Someone put it on first, it got removed, and I reinstated it after verifying it, meaning a total of at LEAST 2 people have seen the violation and suspended permanently under it.
