You do realize the answer is not going to change by you opening several threads?

Your account is permanently suspended for violating TOS, the suspension was done manually and confirmed by our CEO (aka the owner of x10Hosting).

Since you fail to understand what permanent means, and insist on opening new threads about it, I see no option but to ban your forum account as well.
