"unsuspended" website seen as "suspended"

My site http://formation.x10hosting.com is unsuspended.
But the above URL links to http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/


Also, I cannot login into cPanel for my site http://formation.x10hosting.com
The returned message is "Login Attempt Failed!".

Before, I had reset the password in https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting=&u=formatio
I used my cPanel username: formatio

I tried the URLs:
http://formation.x10hosting.com:2082/login/
https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ (so I see Boru is up and running).

Hello,

I have fixed your site up and it now loads fine. As for the cPanel issue you should be able to log in correctly now, if you are unable to please update your password again as a file was corrupt that was causing issues with it.

Indeed, I had to reset the password. Now I can login to cPanel.
