this is my first time using the services of x10hosting and I am very happy with your service, but really this is inadvertent, I did not learn of the technical information package using your free hosting , hope you allow me to continue to use the hosting package that I signed up and is currently locked, I am completely committed to using clean code used to ensure safety as well as general server activity of the particular website.

It's still covered under the TOS and our Zero Tolerance policy. We have way too many accounts that are "first time" accounts breaking the TOS like this to give them all a second chance, so we can't give -any- a second chance.
