unsuspension error

Hi,
I have been trying to unsuspend my account and when i try to view the status of the request gives this error mesage:

A system error occurred while processing this action.

Error Code: FBBF8879

I have been trying to do so about a week ago, with this result, today i tried again and nothing is changed. i have visited the forums, as required. Please send further instructions.
