Unsuspension link not working

I would like to unsuspend my account. I think it's been suspended because of inactivity.

But the unsuspension link listed in the information page on suspension is not working. I've also subscribed to have the inactivity timer removed for a year. Could you kindly unsuspend my account?

unfortunately, that account was terminated Nov 5 for being suspended for more than 10 days.
