Well, I'm a bit late, but we'd like to stand in line for restoration an unsuspension now.

I've read the server anouncements and am aware that this might take some time, and it really is our own fault that we didn't get to you earlier. So please, do take your time. As long as this issue is resolved, I and all of our forum members will be happy.

Sincerely
The Role Playing Cinama community.

Hello,

I have restored your account from one of our backups, it should be fully operational within 24 hours. If you have any problems please re-open this support ticket by going to the administrative button above the post.

Thanks so much, that was a lot quicker than I thought it would be.

Unfortunatly, my co worker went ahead and tried to solve the problem in his own way. Namely, he tried to switch hosts, by switching the co.cc nameservers to a new host. I tried changing the adress of our main domain to x10.mx, but that only gave me the Deafult Website Page. Only then did I think of switching the nameservers back, which is probably what I should've doen first. I tried, but it said it could take up to 48 hours. I also tried changing the domain here at x10 back to co.cc, but then it said the domain was already taken, so I tried switching the nameservers back to the other host, which I probably shouldn't have done, but it still doesn't work and now everything is just a fine mess.

I'm so sorry for this, we must look like incompetent fools. But I'm getting really stressed out and I would deeplty appreaciate soem advice on what I should do now, because I am just lost.

Again, sorry for all this when you're so busy fixing things for everyone else.

Edit: It should be noted that I can reach our cPanel, but when I look in the file manager, none of our files are there. Does this mean all of our work has been lost?

Hello,

It's okay, don't feel bad! It's not a mistake on your part. The error you are getting is because the dns record didn't delete properly. What's the .co.cc domain? I'll remove the dns record so you can re-add it.

Thanks. We're (or were) located at roleplayingcinama.co.cc.

Unless you meant something else that went above my head.

Hello,

I have removed the dns zone of this domain. Can you please try re-adding it now and let me know if you get any error messages.
