The two people who first responded to your post are community helpers who volunteer a lot of their time and knowledge to help people on these forums, especially free hosting support. They both spend a LOT of time helping a LOT of people. Go read the TOS. It does not matter if the script was working and it does not matter why the script was there. The fact is it WAS there and you have admitted to that which is a violation of the terms of service. YOU violated the TOS which you agreed to when you signed up. That is your fault and your responsibility. Stop blaming x10Hosting and the volunteer community helpers for YOUR mistake.
