unsuspension process stuck for weeks

Good Morning! everyone,

My account was suspended 2 weeks ago for inactivity.
well,i tried to un-suspend through the portal,but it stuck in that process for weeks.

As per help center instruction,I'm posting a thread here.

adding a screenshot to clarify further.

Would really appreciate any helpful advise to resolve the issue.

Hello,

I have run into where my account is suspended. I logged into cpanel. In fact I can still log into cpanel.

I made sure to log into cpanel. Please help..
