Your account has not been restored after the transfer of servers last month because you never requested it. July 27 was the announcement to request the restore, and August 11 was the cut off deadline. All the backups are now already deleted, and the non-restored accounts are in the process of clearing out of the system.
Feel free to sign up for a new hosting account. If you have any problems with that and they haven't solved themselves by tomorrow, please let us know.

To allow us to better serve our customers i am closing this thread which will allow the staff members to see which threads have or haven't been answered, this does not mean we don't wan't to help with your problem.
