I believe it was due to inactivity because in was in the hospital with covid!

yes it was due to inactivity, you were required to sign in every 30 days.
terminated accounts are usually gone for ever and are not recoverable.

I know about the login once every 30 days. I was in the hospital and couldn't login in. I need this or the data that was on it because it has my invoices and need them for tax purposes! I will do whatever I need to do to retrieve that data! Please let me know.....

terminated accounts are deleted accounts, there is no information left to retrieve.

I will check with the head tech, but since it was deleted nearly a month back (December 30) after being suspended for 2 month (suspension was 1 November) it is unfortunately a high risk that there are no backups retained to retrieve data from (they would likely be at least a few days after termination, but not sure about three weeks, nearly 4 now).

I have good news, the backup that was taken upon termination was still present on the server, I'm running restores right now, should be good to go in about 10 minutes.
