I just logged into my cpanel and it said that I have only used .07MB used but in reality I have used 257MB. Very unusual. Just bringing this to the mods attention.

It's unfortunate but that is just the way it is.

There is a third party script that does a good job of displaying space usage details. It also is great for identifying large files. I posted a thread detailing how to configure it here at x10: https://community.x10hosting.com/threads/a-nifty-alternative-to-cpanels-disk-space-usage.191590/.

Hey are you on Vox server? funny I was wondering about that past few days. just something I noticed.

shouldn't need a 3rd party program though. the small text on cpanel should be enough to get an idea how much webspace is being used.

This is due to quotas misbehaving a bit; it's nothing major to worry about, as we do re-run the quota repairing stuff once in a while to try and keep them "unbroken" but it's not uncommon for them to fail outright and misreport the disk usage like this. Hazards of having as many users on the server as we do, I think.

Yes, I noticed it on Vox. The program launched from the "Disk Space Usage" icon does not appear to work on Absolut either although "Disk Space Usage" stats do appear in the left column. Funny, eh?
