Updates?

I posted this thread back in july and I got a reply saying it would be looked into and I would be updated, but the thread is close and I have not heard any updates:

I am just wondering if there are any updates on this problem?


Also is there a reason that when I direct to "mydomain.com/cpanel" or "mydomain.com:2083" it redirects to vox.x10hosting.com:2083 now? It never used to re-direct there. Is it because of the new x10hosting cpanel basic?
