Updating Website

I cannot upload my website to the domain. Is this because i have the wrong url. I am uploading it to http://aandddiscos.elementfx.com/ but i keep getting this error 'unable to open: http://aandddiscos.elementfx.com/ (Server Error). Have i done something wrong when uploading?

I am using Microsoft Frontpage and have changed the colour and layout but it won't let me upload to my site. Is there something wrong with my internet.
