Upgrade from Apache 2.2.4 to 2.2.10 and PHP 5.1.3 to PHP 5.2.6

How would I do this without messing up the installations and getting rid of the ability to run PGSQL? e.e I can't figure it out.

Im setting it up on my computer

I used the install package from the PGSQL website to install phpPgAdmin with Apache but it came with 2.2.4 and PHP 5.1.3 :S

Are you trying to do this on a Windows or a Linux?
