Upgrade to Premium Servers

I have an account on your free service and have just purchased your premium package. Please can you arrange for my free accounts content to be moved to the premium servers?

Hello,

You'll need to request it through the premium support system. Not all staff that deals with premium support will look here, and most staff that would look here do not have access to premium servers.

I can not sort it at this time as I have restricted access from where I am now.
