Upgraded Account Still on Free Host

hello, we recently upgraded our account but still says we are on shared IP, adfree-infinity, 3/3 email accounts and so on. we purchased the 3 years premium which was suppose to be unlimited email accounts and dedicated IP. hope to hear from you guys soonest. cheers!
