The bar is Red and says 94% I'm not sure exactly if its good or Bad?!

Hi,

It looks like you are currently using 30.66MB out of a maximum of 512MB. You can request for a disk space upgrade once you are using at least 50% of this space.

How do we request it?
The information page just days to request it. I used the support contact email and they said they don't respond to free accounts.
Do I need to start a new thread to request it?

You make a request on the forum. It is best to open your own thread rather than piggyback on another thread where you request could be ealily over looked.
