Upgrading php level 2 to 3

Trying to install Mediawiki on my site and I need an upgrade to php3 to get it to install. exec() commands are blocked and mediawiki wont install. I already have the files on the site, you can check it out here. http://alliedvideo.pcriot.com/mediawiki/config/

You need to go and comment out the line where it says the exec is on. There is no high chance of getting v3, because that is mostly only for PHP developers
