Premium does come with backup manager in cPanel, so a one click backup would be possible.

The issues you are seeing with your site right now, slow loading and temporary unavailable, is caused by a maintenance run in preparation for the SAN migration, you can read over all information about that at http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/151091-upcoming-free-hosting-change.html

Premium hosting would not have such issues, and does come with an uptime guarantee.

If you chose to go for a premium account, we can move your current free account over for you. All you need to do is request that to be done in the premium hosting support system, don't forget to include your current free hosting cPanel username.

I'm not sure what you refer to by notes.

You can buy premium hosting for one month, direct link for that option: http://x10premium.com/order.php?order-paymentcycle=1

You can at any time request to change the billing cycle and you would then get the benefits that comes with the billing cycle you chose.

That IP is not blocked by the firewall on the server your account is located.
