You'll have to use a FTP client, like http://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client
then use these details:
ftp.healthnwealth101.x10hosting.com as host
your cPanel username as username
your cPanel password as password

An alternative to FTP is to use the built in File Manager in cPanel.
