upload FTP files

Hi, I know that the hosting is performing maintenance and migration tasks.


When I used ftp to upload a file, I can't see it when accessing the url


Is it because of the migration? thanks

What are you having as your hostname on ftp? Your account has moved to a new server so if you use the server hostname you'd need to update the settings to reflect the new server.

If you have a custom domain that does NOT use our nameservers you'd also need to update that with the new IP, which in your case is:
198.91.81.15

Is the hostname with IP 198.91.81.15 final?
Can the previous hostname xo6.x10hosting.com with the files and folders be deleted?

xo6 will eventually be taken offline so you can delete that information from your ftp client, but until we know all accounts work properly on the new servers it will likely remain up, and it could be wise to not delete anything on that server on your own at least until you confirmed everything works properly.

As long as you use the new hostname, and have your domains updated to use the new IP you should be good to go.

198.91.81.15 is the final IP for x15.x10hosting.com.
