I uploaded a new image today to my ftp account, but when I try viewing it in my browser, it's not showing up.

https://gmarquee98.x10host.com/myPics/98gmarquee/help/2020-0120-SavageX-2SpeedAdjustPart01.jpg

I can see the file there via filezilla.

When I tried logging in manually through the site, I see it's using a different interface now, DirectAdmin. When I go look for the image there, I see all my old ones, but not the one I just loaded today. Should I be using different ftp settings now? I can't find any info on it.

I'm using this as the host currently:
xo5.x10hosting.com

cpanel was replaced with DirectAdmin instead.
there is no more cpanel on free accounts.

x05 was the last to get migrated to directadmin.
(i was also on x05)
it is possible your site hasnt fully migrated.
if you try to log on through https://x10hosting.com/sso/login
you can check the quick ftp for new settings.
and make any adjustments you need in your ftp program.

Thank you. I didn't notice that change before when I logged in.

i dont use filezilla for ftp, but generally these are the settings i use:

server name:x15.x10hosting (change to your x13)
ftp address: ftp.mywebsite.x10.bz (use your site domain)
username - use same as your directadmin username.
password - use same as your directadmin password.
root directory: public_html

these work for me just fine. (i use dreamweaver cs5)
but maybe you can use the same kind of info in filezilla.

There is something funky with DNS making propagation slow and/or flaky in some cases (I have noticed that some domains ping to old server despite settings being pointed to new server), higherups knows and was last I heard looking into it, I haven't had confirmation that he solved it yet though.

There are more then one server, in your case it is going to remain x13.

Seems I can't use https for the images anymore as well. Is that a setting I'm not seeing somewhere?

Then again, I'm not sure where it's actually loading the images from at the moment, since I had to load them to the old server to see them.

There was a DNS issue that was sorted out a few days back, so now ALL domains should properly respond to the new sever and that is the only place you should be placing content (the old servers will be taken online eventually)

https is not an option at all for free hosting, with apache that doesn't work as apache expects a functional certificate in order to use https, lacking one it will show only the default page which basically just say apache is working normally. We're hoping to find a solution where it still shows the right content if someone accidentally use https for something, but I can not say when that will happen.
